WESTTEK™ to Release JETCET™ PRINT Upgrade

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, COMDEX, Booth H35 – October 16, 1998 – WESTTEK, L.L.C. today announced that the upgrade of JETCET™ PRINT, JETCET PRINT version 2.1, will be available to resellers in mid-December. JETCET PRINT and JETCET PRINT Professional are still the industry’s only color printing solutions for the Windows CE operating system.

"With the JETCET PRINT version 2.1 release, WESTTEK focused on implementing the feature requests made by our existing customers.", said Casey Axe, Sales and Marketing Manager of WESTTEK, L.L.C. "Among the high priority requests were drastic improvements in output speed and support for even more mobile printers." The JETCET PRINT version 2.1 software will include support for the Windows CE, Handheld PC and Handheld PC Professional Edition based on the MIPS, Hitachi SHx, or StrongARM processor families.
