Upgrade Policy
If you are a Registered User of ClearVue 3.0 or JETCET PRINT 4.1 you can upgrade to the latest release for a nominal upgrade fee¹. You are a Registered User if you have a registration key/serial number for your current copy of the application.
If you are a Registered User and have purchased ClearVue or JETCET PRINT 60 days prior to a major release, you are entitled to a free upgrade to the newly released software. Please contact support@westtek.com for assistance in gaining your complimentary upgrade.
Upgrades are complimentary to ROM Users of JETCET PRINT 4.2 or 5.0 and ClearVue Presentation Professional 5.0.
We kindly request that ClearVue 2.x ROM Users pay the upgrade fee.

Upgrade Instructions
Registered Users: To upgrade to the latest version you must first uninstall ClearVue 3.0 and/or JETCET PRINT 4.1. To uninstall, go to Programs/Settings/Remove Programs and remove any and all ClearVue or JETCET PRINT applications. Soft reset your device and then proceed to install ClearVue 5.1 and/or JETCET PRINT 5.1.
ROM Users: Download and install the desired application. Note: Two icons for the same application may appear in the Programs menu on your device. Launch the latest version of our products to view and/or print files.
